ABOUT US

MEET OUR FOUNDER

Jessica Chen started Soulcast Media on a simple conviction: that communication is a learnable skill, not an innate talent and that when people learn to communicate well, everything else in their career follows.

She built Soulcast Media's frameworks after a decade as an Emmy Award-winning journalist and on-camera storyteller, where she learned what it actually takes to hold attention, build trust, and move people to action.

She also teaches at Columbia University and hosts the iHeartMedia podcast, Leading by Example: Executives Making an Impact.

What makes Soulcast Media's approach different is simple: our programs are research-backed and immersive. They are engaging and immediately applicable. Every workshop and program is built for organizations navigating real change and transformation right now.

Jessica's frameworks have reached over 2 million professionals across more than 10 countries. She is the bestselling author of Smart, Not Loud” — a guide to getting noticed at work for all the right reasons. Her insights have been featured in Forbes, Fortune, and Entrepreneur.

HOW SOULCAST MEDIA WORKS

Soulcast Media partners with global organizations to develop communication skills that move business forward.

Every program is custom-designed around your team's specific challenges and delivered virtually or in person across industries from tech and finance to media and government. We work with organizations at every stage, from a single workshop to a multi-session curriculum built over months.

Many of our corporate clients come to Soulcast after experiencing a Jessica Chen keynote. Our customized programs are where the real skill-building begins.
